Forgiving Love

I had the privilege of speaking at my home town school's FCA (Fellowship of Christian Atheletes) this morning and I'd like to share it with you all. Here is a rundown of what I said:

When I was in junior high, I had a friend that treated me really bad behind closed doors. I guess you could say that I was bullied. It left me feeling empty and hating myself. But more than anything.. I had a hatred in my heart for that friend. One day I had had enough. I told God I didn't want anything to do with that person and that I hated them. 

Then I went to Lebanon Family Church for the first time and literally they spoke about forgiveness.

That's when I knew I had to forgive them.. And myself. It took time, but I began to see things much differently than before and our relationship was restored.

Forgiving someone frees you. Holding a grudge against people hurts YOU, not them. So let it go. It is a process, but forgive them.

The book of Hosea is about a prophet of God named Hosea that marries a woman and has children with her. But she kinda goes crazy and becomes a prostitute. God tells Hosea to go buy her for 15 shekels so that he can take her back home to be free and they can be husband and wife again. Hosea obeys God, and still loved his wife. She repeatedly leaves Hosea. And Hosea repeatedly keeps getting her back and loving her. Imagine how rejected and hurt he felt. But he couldn't hold a grudge.. because God told Hosea to continue loving her. You see, God was showing Hosea how He loves His people. We constantly reject God, yet He constantly loves us. It's amazing to me. No matter what we do, we are beautiful in His sight. What a blessing His mercy and grace is. He gives us a Love that we don't deserve. 

So remember that to help you get over grudges... Because people are human and mess things up. But God loves us anyways.

1 Corinthians 13:5 ...."Love keeps no record of being wronged..."

Today: The Healing In The Classroom

Today was an amazing day. Jesus has showed up in my life in so many ways. It amazes me. One of my favorite teachers has had really bad pain in their right elbow. They went to the doctor and the doctor said it was tendonitous. I guess that means there is nothing they can do to heal it. (I know people who have tendonitous and they have had it for years.) 

Well, today... My friends, Ashley, and I asked this teacher if we could pray over the bad elbow. He said yes. It amazed me. I could literally see the faith in his eyes. 

As Ashley and I layed hands on his arm, I felt heat rush through me... I started speaking in such a way, as I prayed, that what I said even ministered to me. Jesus moved in the classroom today.

I saw him again later and he told me "It doesn't hurt near as bad as it did before!"  HALLELUJAH!  Jesus, please touch him. You know what is needed. I rebuke the devil away from his life and family in JESUS NAME! I rebuke the devil away from his body in JESUS NAME! Hallelujah! HE IS HEALED IN THE NAME OF JESUS!! In JESUS NAME, amen. 

Jesus doesn't have any limits. He moves everywhere. We just have to let Him. He wants to move trough US. 

At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire. Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me: Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee? And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him. So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses. (Matthew 18:1-35 KJV)

We All Fall Down

Great. There's that feeling again. That guilt... ugh.
You know what I've realized? The devil wants our eyes off Jesus. I mean, for real... Jesus died for what we did. When we say "I'm sorry,JESUS." He says "It's been paid for My sweet child." So if we are feeling so full of guilt that that is all we think about... it's like  we are worshipping it. If we are suppose to think on the Lord and pray without ceasing.. then we have to forgive ourselves. Jesus forgives. We are forgiven. Our debt has been fully erased by the King of all creation. He put Himself in flesh to die. Born to die for our cause.... all out of pure LOVE. He is Love. So we have to get back up, shake off the dust, and run again. If we keep going forward we will rise high on wings as eagles. Though we fall, we will RISE AGAIN.

Jesus, hallelujah. I'm forgiven. We're forgiven... because You gave Your holy blood to spill and chose to carry all our shame. You truly are the King or glory for all days. Jesus, touch every reader. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over them in Jesus name!  I rebuke the devil away from them and their minds and hearts in JESUS NAME! I PRAY FOR SUPERNATURAL HEALING IN BODY AND SPIRIT IN JESUS NAME! You heal us from our sin. We dont have to be sick because of You, Lord. Thank You. Open our eyes in JESUS NAME! AMEN.

Love Forgives

"You have heard that it has been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:
But I say unto you, That you resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.
And if any man will she you at the law, and take away your coat, let him have your close also.
And whatsoever shall compel you to go a mile, go with him twain.
Give to him that asks you, and from him that would borrow of you turn not away.
You have heard that it has been said, You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to then that hate you, and pray for them which despite fully use you, and persecute you;
That you may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he makes his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends the rain on the just and the unjust.
For if you love them which love you, what reward do you have? Anyone can do that. Even the tax collectors.
Be perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."

This whole message that Jesus spoke here... Is a powerful roar of a mighty lion... A King. This is what Jesus wants. He wants us to be transformed from religious and self-centered to free and loving the way Jesus does.

Jesus wasn't literally telling us to be perfect. If that's what you thought, you were misunderstood. You see, no one can be perfect. Only Jesus is... Because He is God in flesh. The ONLY perfect flesh which made the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
No one is perfect. Jesus is calling us to be like Him and love perfectly.

Love Perfectly? Loving perfectly means to love like Jesus loves us. The kind of Love that has NO LIMITS. Jesus isn't limited by our sin. No matter what it is that we have done against Him, He still loves us selflessly. Nothing and no one can stop that.

So no matter what anyone does against you, love them. It's easy to do that when we seek Jesus and realize how much we have all been died for... we ALL have done wrong... we all have hurt Jesus.. We ALL slaughtered our King. Some people may not want to hear that, but it is true. Apostle Paul wrote: "As it is written, There is none that are righteous, no, not one:" (Romans 3:10) So we are ALL in need of His Love, His mercy, and His grace.

We ALL have some things in common: we ALL have done wrong and WE ALL NEED JESUS.

JESUS, thank You... For Your mercy, Your grace, Your Love... And Your forgiveness, Jesus. You are calling us to LOVE perfectly like this. We have all like sheep gone astray... Show us how to Love like You Love JESUS. I plead the blood of JESUS CHRIST over every reader and myself in the name of JESUS CHRIST! Open our eyes, God, to what You want us to be wide awake to. JESUS, I know that it is Your strong desire to heal broken relationships or any lives lacking YOUR LOVE, MERCH, AND GRACE! Jesus, feed us Your Love and Word to strengthen us back to health, in Your blood sacrifice. I REALIZE YOUR BLOOD IS WHAT HEALS US! I REBUKE THE ENEMIES THAT ARE SET TO DESTROY US, OUR LIVES AND DESTINIES, AND FAMILY IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST! I send angels to protect and minister to us all in Jesus name! AMEN!

For Us That Are Hurting

I think we all feel pain right now. We are all groaning in the flesh. These times are hard. We are suffering in pain that no one can see. Fighting for our lives... Spiritually and physically. When will there be a cure? Jesus is the healer... So where is our cute? We keep falling when He has promised us wings. We keep lying when He said He's the Truth. When will we see the effect of His mercy? When will we fly on wings like eagles? When will we RISE?

It's time.

Time to take off the blindfolds.. It's not HIM... It's us. We have been falling for much too long. It's time to RISE.

How to RISE?

•Let go of the past.

Seriously let it go. Strive forward. You want healing but you keep clawing yourself. You want hope but every time you see a glimpse of it... You turn around to see the dark. Let God. Let God. You're free. Let go of the chains. You're free. Let go. Let God. You're free. Free. Free.

•Forgive yourself.

You're beautiful. You're handsome. You were made for so much more. We are messy. Too messy. That's why we need Him. None of us are perfect. Some of us are just good hiders. But trust me, no one can hide forever. We were made to fly... Not cower in the dark so no one can see. Rise, embrace these tattered wings.

•Look up.

Where you put your eyes and your mind, this is where you go. So if you want to fly high above the windy waves of life... Lift your head and take your eyes off the mess. Jesus will hold you... But you have for to LET HIM and LOOK TO HIM for help. Look up.

•Listen to the good things.

Keep your mind under control. After all, what you think about is what you have complete control of more than anything. Focus. Focus. Focus.

•Surround yourself with the Light.

How? How in the world can I do that when it's dark everywhere? Create your own light. Better yet, let JESUS light up your world. FOCUS ON HIM. Talk to Him all day, everyday... About anything and everything. He is listening, and if you focus, listen, and call out.. You will hear Him too. It's not hard. Don't let the devil tell you that. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Submit to Jesus Christ. ❤️

•Lift off

Raise your hands. Give it all to Jesus. Stop relying on your own strength to fly. You simply can't do it alone. None of us can. Not one. WE ALL NEED JESUS!

READ ROMANS 8.. Hope and Light. It's all because of JESUS.. We have HOPE THAT DOESNT DISSAPOINT.

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Jesus, thank You. It takes a load off our shoulders...Your burden is LIGHT... We don't have to be perfect... We can't be. Thank You for being God. Thank You for dying for us and being perfect. Taking the guilt for all our shame and sin. I PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST OVER ALL OF US IN JESUS NAME! I PRAY THAT YOU WOULD SUPERNATURALLY OPEN OUR EYES. Awaken us that sleep and make us strong to fly and run. WE LOVE YOU JESUS! SHOW US YOUR MERCY AND GRACE AND STRENGTH! BE STRONG FOR US BECAUSE WE ARE WEAK! I SEND ANGELS TO PROTECT US ALL IN JESUS NAME! IN JESUS NAME, AMEN!

Forgiven And Worth It All

You've been bought with the ultimate price. The price that no one can pay for you except for the One who created you. You're worth it all, too. Every last drop of blood. Every.. Last... Drop.

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Jesus, show us this in all it's deep mess. We are forgiven. We don't have to be guilty. You took all that upon Yourself. Every last drop of blood that you have was for us. We have a purpose. Thank You Jesus. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over everyone reading in Jesus name. I command stress, doubt, an lust to leave in Jesus name. I send angels to protect in minister to us all in Jesus name, Amen.
