Laugh Without Fear of The Future

Doesn't that sound nice? 

To laugh without fear of the future? Man, that sounds like a dream.

I want to be that woman of God that doesn't worry about my future. In all honesty.. I've never been that girl. I've come close, but something always can up that caused me to turn my head and take my eyes off Jesus for just a second. What I mean by that is that Just when I would be doing good and trusting in Jesus... Id start to fear again.

Honestly, I think I've become addicted to worry. For some strange reason, I have this thing where I want to make sure everything goes right. I know I'm not alone in this, either, because some of my friends and peers have told me that they are or have been dealing with the same thing. 

As human beings, we plan things, and if things don't seem to go as planned... We tend to freak out a little... Or a lot in my case. 

I think Jesus does that sometimes. He does things differently than we thought. He wants to reassure us all the time that He is in full control and He knows what He is doing. He is all knowing. And there is no way that we can be all knowing right now. So shouldn't we just trust the fact that He knows it all. 

Only, Jesus can hold it all. Only He can fix it all. So, worrying about my future won't get me anywhere. Worrying about my future won't take me to the promise land. Trusting in Jesus for my everything will lead me to the promise land. He is the key. If we try to make ourselves the key... We will never make it through that door. 

So, laughing without fear of the future does not mean that we are oblivious to the circumstances we are in. But instead, that we find joy in the promises of our future that Jesus has for us even in the midst of a weary battle. It's a confident knowing that we will make it across the finish line with flying colors. It's hope that we have. Rise up. Your time is coming. 

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.

Jesus,

Thank You for this word. Thank You, that you want us as we are. You have such a glorious plan or us. You want us to experience You like never before. Lord, I pray that You would touch an heal every reader individually as they need it in Jesus name. I break off any opposition or curse that is upon them in Jesus name. I command healing in every body of each saint that in reading in Jesus name. Hallelujah. We have authority through You, Jesus. Thank You for Your mercy and grace, and Lord I pray that a you would show us how You love us. In Jesus name I send angels too minister and protect every reader and their loved ones and their future. In Jesus name, thank You. Amen.

Eyes on the Shepard

I have found myself changing.

And maybe not the good kind of change. I have had many people close to me tell me that I have been acting different.

Other than the fact that I have been in severe pain in my stomach... I guess I didn't know what it was.

But, the other day, I noticed what it was: my thoughts.

I seem to have forgotten my hope. So many things have changed in this year and I must have dropped it while I was trying to catch up. 

Life, this year, has felt like running on a treadmill that's going 6 mph. Maybe to some of you, that's a piece of cake. But a whole year of that will do something to you. At some point, my legs must have given out. 

You see, I've been carrying too much. I've been carrying too many people. It's worry. 

At church a couple months ago, during praise and worship, one of my home girls and youth leader came up behind me and spoke a few words to me that struck me to the core. She had no clue about what I was going through. She was just listening to God and speaking His words to me. She said something along the lines of, "Don't grow weary in doing good. You are carrying too many people. God knows your heart."

It's true. I had been doing exactly what she said not to. I had been growing weary in doing good. My eyes were on the sheep more than they were on the Shepard, and this caused me to try and do His job for Him. No one can handle the weight of the world, except Jesus, and I needed to get ahold of that. 

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Galatians 6:9 NKJV

I am strong in You, Lord, but I have got to let go of this worry and doubt. Show me exactly who You are in all of the deepest ways. She me how to love without trying to take Your job. I cannot hold the weight of the world. Only You can do that. 

I plead the blood of Jesus over myself and everyone involved with me in Jesus name. I rebuke the devil away from us and the plans You have for us in Jesus name. Show us Your glory in the most beautiful ways. In Jesus name, amen.

"I Don't Care"

This whole year my life has completely changed. From having my grandma pass away to leaving the school and town I was raise up in. Honestly, I have kept a good attitude about it.. For the most part. But in the past few months I have not been. 

Honestly, I think the pain became more real and.. I started to push out the pain as best as I could. Ignore it. Unfortunately, this didn't have the effect that I thought it would. I've grown a little cold. I have caught myself becoming careless about what I'm thinking. Over and over I have been telling myself, "I don't care." 

After "not caring" I guess you could say I started to believe that I didn't care. After this.. I started to become more numb than ever. 

Now, I believe that everyone has a moment like this or two.. Where they feel like a robot or that they are in a dream. I have had this happen to me. But this... This is something completely different. 

Have you ever went in an out? You felt as if you were floating and the world was not there? Blank mind.. No feelings. Nothing. 

Yep.. That's what I'm talking about. That has been me the past month or so. It just kept getting worse and worse. 

Honestly, I don't know if anyone will even read this... Considering I haven't posted very many frequent posts on this blog. But if you are reading, keep listening. What I am about to say may do something in you.

Sometimes I would feel everything.. And it would hurt. It's like a simple emotion could wreck me. Other times I felt nothing at all. My mind would go blank, and then I snap out of it. Yes, I am okay. I guess it just took me realizing something for me to see what was happening to me.

After opening up to a really good friend about what I was feeling, I realized that wha was happening to me was not all in my head. Honestly, I thought I was crazy. But, it turns out that he understood. He went through it, too. This completely changed my perspective. 

Days after this, I opened up to three other people that I trusted about what had been happening. All three of them had been through the same thing and understood me word for word. I think this is what woke me up. I am not crazy. I am not alone.

The devil does that a lot. It's one of his things.. To make us feel alone. Even if we aren't sitting there thinking, "Gee, I'm alone," we could still be believing the lie that we are. When we think we are alone, we shut people and anything out. 

I don't even know if I am read to post this yet, considering I am still figuring this out. But, I'm going to do it anyways.. Just in case someone is going through the same thing that I have been. If you feel numb.. You can still feel. If you can still feel... You're still here. If you're still here... You're here for a reason. Do NOT give up.

Perfect

It's been awhile since I have posted... But that is seriously going to change. I think I am just going to be more real on here. Don't get me wrong.. This blog is to encourage you all.. But maybe it's time I become a little more transparent in my posts. After all.. We all want real.. Don't we? I know I do. 

This year has been a year of exposure, for me. 

I realized a lot of my weaknesses and I have finally accepted that I cannot be perfect.. Not do I want to be. I'm such a messy person.

As Christians.. I think it's important that we don't hide that. We cannot be perfect. I remember reading in Psalms that God remembers that we are made of dust. He knows we are gonna mess up. He doesn't expect us not to. He just wants to keep us from pain.. Which sin causes. 

This year I have experienced a lot of change which pulled me straight out of my comfort zone. I was exposed to myself and I have realized that I need to stop lying to myself. I cannot make up for what I didn't do right. God perfects me. I cannot perfect myself. 

Perfect, when it comes to us, shouldnt mean everything about us is without spot. It should mean that we realize our weaknesses, we don't try to hide them, and we realize who IS perfect. Perfection is not found in what we do.. But what HE did.

The Battle to Be Pretty

I am beautiful.

Ouch. We want to believe that, right? That we are beautiful, gorgeous, attractive, pretty, smart, down to earth... Right? We want it so bad.

I know that I'm not the only one who's ever thought I was not beautiful or worth it or couldn't  do anything worth living for.
Look, I just gotta let you know... You are Beautiful. Yes, you.

Satan wants to destroy us. And a big way to do that is to get us to hate ourselves. The world does not want us to love ourselves.

Do yourself a favor and go look yourself in the eyes in the mirror and tell yourself what the devil doesn't want you to believe: "I am Beautiful. I am Kind. I am WORTH IT. I am Strong. I am a Woman/Man of God. I am trustworthy. I am delivered. I am anointed. I am a vessel to change the world.

The devil will use these insecurities that we have to hinder us from doing our God-given calling. Insecurities are rooted by fear... And fear pulls us away from God.

In the gospels, Peter was walking on water and then became afraid of the storm and the waves all around him. That's when he started to sink.... when he took his eyes of Jesus and became afraid. Faith heals. Fear does quite the opposite. . . . if we let it.

Just know this, you are an amazing human being that is here for a purpose. Stay. Because you have made it this far. Keep going and run in faith that you are beautiful and Jesus has forgiven you. Watch and see dreams come true. Believe. Everything will be more than okay. You are precious.

Take heart in the fact that you are so beautiful, heart and soul. Body and spirit. You have been bought with such a high price. See that you are worth more than all the riches in the world.

Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them. The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep. I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. My Experience At Youth America - UNDEFEATED -

       On July 14-18 I was at Youth America in Oklahoma City, OK. It was so amazing. I had been dealing with a lot on the inside before I went. And God healed me. The worship there is great.. so extremely powerful. And that is one of the biggest things that touched me. I would be thinking about something that hurt me very bad during worship, and right at that moment someone would turn around and pray for me! RANDOMLY! But it wasn't random to Jesus. He knew what I needed... right when I needed it.
       I wasn't the only one who got healed from things at this camp. My friend Alex Carter said, "I expected the unexpected."       Lorrin Travis said, "It was really moving. God's love was shown. There are no words for how great His love is."       Shelly Moore said, "Youth America opened my eyes to so many things. It showed me that I am not perfect, I don't need to be perfect, I am strong in Christ, I don't need other people to tell me I am special or amazing in order for it to be true, and that I need to do more for God and His kingdom. Not only for His kingdom, not only for His glory, but for the benefit of every sinner (which I am as well). I also was taught how to love everyone for who they are and not what they have done or had done to me. I became set free through these lessons and now, I'm undefeated!"
        This really did change many lives... now we are off to change the world.

Promised

For our God is a consuming fire.

Hebrews 12:29

Sometimes, it's so hard not to be troubled by everyday life challenges. We are constantly bombarded with things that are used to try and get us to look down. Then when we get distracted, we get scared... And fall. 

No matter where you've gone, what you've done the calling and plan by God on your life has not been turned over. If you're still here, you can still get there. There is no such thing as a lost cause.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

 1 John 1:9 

For the gifts and calling of God are never withdrawn.

Hebrews 11:29

If you've ever read about King David, Apostle Paul, and Apostle Peter you know that Jesus turns messes into messages. These men fell over and over into the same sins and self doubts... But Jesus showed them that through Him try can do anything. The Lord is no respecter of persons.. Meaning He doesn't love one more than the other. Amazing! 

All things work together for the good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose.

Romans 8:28

Jesus, seriously, thank you. Everything will be okay. It has been promised by you that everything will work together for good. We love You and we're called according to Your purpose. Hallelujah! I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over every reader and their lives and family in Jesus name. I send angels to protect and minister to them all in Jesus name. Lord, show us what You see in us. Jesus

Jesus is the God. There is only One. He was here before the foundation of the world, and was manifested for us. 

Be Happy.

       

How about we be happy? Isn't it what we want? 

What if I told you that you have control? What if I told you that no one can be happy for you? What if I told you that temporary things don't make true happiness? What if... What if I told you that you can, and will be happy despite how people treat you... Despite where you live, what car you drive, if you even have a car, the racist and rude remarks, the pain, the guilt, the blood stains... All of it..? 

I'm not lying. Just like some of you reading this, I felt hopeless. It seemed as of I had tried everything to feel whole, alive, loved, full, satisfied.... Nothing worked. But I hadn't tried it all. Lot put it bluntly... I needed Love. I needed Jesus.

It took my whole life since I was 14 years old.... But I finally realized.... I have control over my thoughts.. And my thoughts control how I feel.

Speak To Your Life

A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; From the produce of his lips he shall be filled.

I read this verse this morning. It talks about the mouth and the power of what we say. 

From now on, when I wake up in the morning I am going to say OUTLOUD "I am prosperous. I am chosen."

Jesus,

Thank You so much for being patient with me even though I get inpatient, myself. I love You so much, and I strive to have my mind renewed. I plead the blood of Jesus over every reader in Jesus name! I send angels to protect and minister to them in Jesus name. Amen.

Know Him

‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth, And honor Me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ” 

Matthew 15:8, 9 

I read this last night. It made me think a lot about my relationship with Him. I've encountered miraculous wonders with Him... But at times in my life, I have just simply went through the motions an my heart was not in it.

With life's noise, it's sometimes hard to hear or speak. But we can silence the noise. 

Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:7, 8 

The great thing is is that Jesus wants us despite the mess we make daily. No matter how dirty our hands our, He wants us. He just wants us to know the Truth.

Jesus,

Thank You for giving me this realization. I pray that You touch and minister to every reader right now in Jesus name. Show them Your true Love, God. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over them and send angels of You to minister and protect them in JESUS NAME! Show us Your Love, God. And thank You. I love You. In Jesus name, amen.

Build Each Other Up

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 

Colossians 3:16 

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. 

Jude 1:20-25

I don't know about you, but being alone makes things harder. And when I say being alone, I mean going without fellowship. And when I say fellowship... I mean building each other up. 

I was on the phone with one of my best friends, Kayley, and she said, "We are all leaders here! We need to check on each other and build each other up." 

That's a powerful statement right there. We all need each other. A body divided against itself cannot stand.

Jesus, thank You for giving us all we need. Jesus, thank You for giving us each other! I plead the blood of JESUS CHRIST over everyone reading and their family and friends and lives in JESUS NAME! I rebuke the spirit of lust away for every home that is reading in Jesus name! I send angels to protect and minister to us all in JESUS NAME! NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US SHALL PROSPER! Touch the baby that is ill right now, Lord. She is HEALED IN JESUS NAME! 

In Jesus name I pray, amen.

Love Blamed

God is Love. Love does not leave. People do. 

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 

Isaiah 53:3 

Recently, I have been talking to a very good friend about God. He has told me that Love always seems to come and go as it pleases. This statement stuck in my mind. As time went on, though, I thought about it more. A realization came to me that Love is always the One being left. 

So often we have the definition of Love mixed up. The devil twists Jesus' words and makes it sound like something it's not. 

God is Love. And Love gets blamed for all the things people do. People fall. God rises them up... But only if they let Him.

There was a time in my life where I continually asked, "HELLO GOD! Where are you?!?" And the truth was that I was running away from Him yet still expecting Him to give me everything my heart desired. We want things from Him, and He is willing to give, but how is He to do so when we keep running from His hand.

Today, think on the scripture above. Jesus was rejected of man and boar every grief we have, for His Love for us. Yet we still hide our faces from Him. Love does not leave. We leave Love.

Jesus, thank You so so much for being there when no one else is. Jesus, search our hearts and take out any deceit that is hindering us from falling all the more in Love with You. We want You, we've just had our thoughts misconstrued into a mess of lies. Devil leave us in JESUS NAME! I send angels of Jesus Christ to protect and minister to all of us in JESUS NAME! FORGIVE US JESUS! THANK YOU FOR NEVER LEAVING! Please forgive us for leaving You. In Jesus name, amen.

Joy Unspeakable

Today, I challenge you to remember that you are called to be happy. No one can steal your joy away. Only you can let them. This is coming from someone who has dealt with depression. It's a battle of the mind. No matter what you go through, today.. Remember you can be happy.

Jesus, thank You so so much for being with us in our desperate times. Help us anger and sin not. But Lord help us to have joy unspeakable! I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over every reader in Jesus name! I send angels to protect and minister to all of us in Jesus name! Lord, pour Your spirit out in to all of us in Jesus name. Lord help our joy be full! I rebuke the devil away from all of us in Jesus name! Amen.

Self Condemned

I read this earlier and had to share. May it be just what you need. 

Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone. At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned. Jesus Christ our King,

Forgive us. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over every reader and everyone who has been self condemned. Lord, that's been me, too. Lord, fix us. Help us keep our focus up on You, Lord. Move us closer to You. We love You, Jesus. I send angels to protect and minister every reader and their homes and lives in Jesus name. We devote our lives and minds to You, Jesus. Clean us. Purify our hearts. In Jesus name, amen. 

Strongholds

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. (II Corinthians 10:3-6 NKJV)

Jesus, please help us. I feel strongholds. I break them by the power and might of Your holy name, JESUS CHRIST! I REBUKE THE DEVIL AWAY FROM OUR LIVES IN JESUS NAME! HEAL US JESUS! WHEN WE DONT KNOW THE WORDS TO SPEAK, WE ARE SPOKEN FOR! I send angels to minister and protect everyone of us here in JESUS NAME! CHAINS BREAK IN JESUS NAME! Amen.

What Consumes You

The young man said to Him, “All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?” Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” 

(Matthew 19:20, 21 NKJV)

The man in this story asked Jesus what he must do to be whole... To gain more. Jesus knew what was between Him and the man. For that man, it was money that held him back. And Jesus told him that. But the man walked away. He was not willing to let go of the one thing that consumed him.

For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

If we let go of that which is between us and Jesus.. He will give us everything we need. No need to worry. Jesus provides. Jehovah Jireh. 

Jesus, move us. Change us. I'm tired of holding on to the weights. Even if my flesh wants them... They pull me away from You. Lord, help us. Open our eyes. Give us the strength to do whatever it takes to follow after You. Even if that means leaving the thing we "love" most. Make us whole. Show us. Lord, You give us all good things. My Battle With Fear

Every since I was very little, I dealt with severe anxiety and fear. To this day I am tempted to be afraid and lose track of where I am headed... but I am completely free now. Watch the video above to see what happened. There is NO FEAR IN LOVE! GOD IS LOVE!

Faith

This scripture is amazing. Faith isn't a feeling. It is literally a substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Don't give up on what your waiting and hoping for. It will come.

I can relate to this scripture. I bet we all can. We ALL have times in life where we don't feel like we can get up. I do. Use this scripture to tell yourself you WILL GET UP IN JESUS NAME!

The Scandal Of Grace

At Youth America, an amazing church camp in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the worship was amazing. An hour or more of fully surrendering to the King of the Universe through prayer and praise. It was breathtaking.
One of the songs they sang for worship was "Scandal Of Grace" by Hillsong United. The lyrics of the song say "Oh to be like You! I give ALL I have just to KNOW YOU! JESUS, there's no one beside You! Forever the HOPE in my heart!"
Oh to be like Jesus. To be like Him... that just takes my breath away. It's amazing. We are to be reflections of Him. We can never be perfect because our flesh won't let us. But Jesus is perfect, and being like Him means to give everything we have just for Him and His kingdom. It's Agape Love, to love like He loves. Agape means selfless love.
One of the best friends that I have ever had told me about Agape love. It seriously changed my life because I realized that Love is not just a feeling. It is a true action. Agape love is the love that Jesus Christ displayed for us. He loves us so much that He came to Earth in the form of man to die for our sins. Only sinless human blood could pay the price and pay our debt. No human is without sin.. so the God of all creation chose to put Himself in flesh(Son) and live a selfless life and suffer to death for our sake. He took the form of man to reach us. Now nothing can separate us from Him, except for our personal sin. Our personal sin can be forgiven now though.. by the blood of Jesus Christ poured our for us ALL.

See, the pressure is off us. No one is less because of the sins they committed. No sin is greater or less than the other. Jesus died to pay the debt of all. Jesus is the God of many second chances. "The scandal of grace, You died in my place so my soul will LIVE."

Jesus, thank You. You literally gave it all for us. Put Yourself in flesh to die for us. You were Your own father and died for us. I love You, Lord. Forgive us for all that we've done. I know, now, that You aren't mad at us. You are mad about us. You love us with such a deep and beautiful Love that I don't even think I have fully comprehended yet. It's so deep, Lord.. thank You. Reaching out to us, You died a humbling death. You came in flesh and left in flesh in the most humble way. Forgive us Jesus. Humble us. Use us in ways we never thought possible, so that the world will know Your name. They shall all know Your name one day, and every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that You are God. We love You Jesus. Hallelujah to the King of kings, the Almighty God, Savior, Prince of Peace. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over ever individual reading in Jesus name. Help us remember You in every thing we do. You are not mad at us for what we did. In fact, You died for us. You reached out to hold our dirty hands. Clean us Jesus! I rebuke the devil away from every reader in Jesus name! WE ARE NOT BROKEN ANYMORE! WE ARE FREE! Show us what to do for You, Lord. Make us whole again, make us whole. I love You Jesus. Jesus,
There is NOTHING impossible for You. Sometimes we are afraid of uncertainty. But Jesus, You are showing me to TRUST IN YOU about my future. We must be certain of what we do not see because if we are only certain of what we don't see then we have no certainty at all. After all, we are headed toward what we cannot yet see with our eyes.. The future. Thank You Jesus. Isn't it beautiful? You make the blind eyes see an deal the broken hearts. Hallelujah. We are whole again. What are you holding on to that weighs you down?

Lately, I've realized that there are things I've been holding on to that really need to be dropped. We are running a marathon here. We can't expect to finish the run if we have all these weights on us. We will get too tired too quickly and want to give up. It's time to give it all to Jesus. All of it... For Him. He endures life and death through suffering by the very hands He made... FOR US! Things will feel so much better when we let go of all the weights and RUN! 

Jesus, wake us up. Take us out of prison! LET'S DO THIS THING! Jesus, we want to RUN! Hallelujah! YOU ARE OUR FREEDOM! Jesus, shake us where we need to be shaken and free us from hurt and fear, lust, anger... Any weight. Forgive us Jesus for mistaking You. You are NOT a man that You should lie! YOU ARE ALMIGHTY GOD AND SAVIOR, JESUS! Hallelujah! I plead the blood of JESUS over ever reader in JESUS NAME and Lord, I ask that You would show them what we need to let go of for You. Today: The Healing In The Classroom

Today was an amazing day. Jesus has showed up in my life in so many ways. It amazes me. One of my favorite teachers has had really bad pain in their right elbow. They went to the doctor and the doctor said it was tendonitous. I guess that means there is nothing they can do to heal it. (I know people who have tendonitous and they have had it for years.) 

Well, today... My friends, Ashley, and I asked this teacher if we could pray over the bad elbow. He said yes. It amazed me. I could literally see the faith in his eyes. 

As Ashley and I layed hands on his arm, I felt heat rush through me... I started speaking in such a way, as I prayed, that what I said even ministered to me. Jesus moved in the classroom today.

I saw him again later and he told me "It doesn't hurt near as bad as it did before!"  HALLELUJAH!  Jesus, please touch him. You know what is needed. I rebuke the devil away from his life and family in JESUS NAME! I rebuke the devil away from his body in JESUS NAME! Hallelujah! HE IS HEALED IN THE NAME OF JESUS!! In JESUS NAME, amen. 

Jesus doesn't have any limits. He moves everywhere. We just have to let Him. He wants to move trough US.

Nothing Separates Us

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? God's Plan Will Come Through

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

Recently, I had been worrying(NOT GOOD) about getting National Honor Society in high school. They said that you have to have a GPA of 3.5 to be nominated. I thought to myself, "There's no way. I graduated my freshman and sophomore year with a C in algebra. I should have worked harder." Jesus said to me, "Trust in Me. There is NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME!" 

One of my best friends, looked to see what my GPA was. It is a 3.45 exactly. She was upset for me. 

Then she found out that they changed the number of how high your GPA has to be to 3.45! So Jesus worked things out for me! Even though I'm not for sure in Nation Honor Society yet... I am still nominated! This makes me super happy! We just have to trust in Him! 

See, I didn't work hard at all a the beginning of high school, but Jesus worked things out for me. He cares about us in ways we don't understand yet. TAKE HEART! JESUS IS KING!

What is important to us is important to JESUS!

Jesus, thank You so much for helping me. I know You are working things out on my behalf. You care about us, Lord! I was tempted to fear! But I decided to push that away and trust in You! The DeathTrap of Sin

From above hath he sent fire into my bones, and it prevaileth against them: he hath spread a net for my feet, he hath turned me back: he hath made me desolate and faint all the day. Jesus, show us what You mean. Sin has tried to hurt us. Free us Lord. We are free in Jesus name by Your blood! I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over us in Jesus name! I rebuke the devil away from us in JESUS NAME! Amen.

Keep Going On

There's a lot to do in life. Recently, I have felt overwhelmed with school and just life in general. There is so much to do and I am only a teenager. The common thought that goes through my head is, "Kristin, how are you suppose to live in the real world and be an adult if you can't simply be a teenager." I quickly shove that thought away. There is nothing that can come against me and Jesus. There is no one that can come between me and the future Jesus has for me. Therefore, I have to remember that the devil is constantly trying to get me to stray from this plan.

Keeping this thought in mind, that the devil wants us off track, can keep us on track. We know that the road with Jesus is not easy but it is worth it in so many more ways than we know. We have to keep our faces and our focuses forward if we want to head that way.

When I have discouraging thoughts rise in my head, I have to rise higher and praise Jesus through my heart and thoughts. You see, we cannot let the devil take us over. We have full control over the devil. Not many people know this, but it is the key to overcoming every obstacle. Simply say the name of Jesus, worship Him, and resist the devil. The devil has to flee when we resist him. When we resist him, we are resisting temptations and schemes as well. We have to be alert though and watch careful with our faces high on Jesus. We can't miss what He is up to. Let's move forward by looking forward with everything we have... eyes, mind, body, love, heart, worship.... all of it. 

Let's lay it all down..  all the idols we worship. None of them have kept their promises. Only Jesus is God. So, let's put down every weight that holds us back and run to Him.

A Word For The Jesus Freaks

For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. Recently, some students at my school put some words on the wall of the hallways: "What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?" When I saw this amazing thought, I realized that nothing is impossible. We have been created by the mighty God of all the world, who humbly took our place by becoming man and dying for us. It's amazing how we have the highest power for us.

Our dreams are important to Jesus. He knows the desires of our hearts. He wants to use them to further His kingdom! Don't give up on your dreams no matter what! 

One of my wise sisters in Christ once told me, "No dream too big, no dreamer too small!" We are called to do huge and amazing things for Jesus and they are driven by our dreams! DREAM BIG!

I have heard this set of verses many times, and each time they hit me hard. We live in a desperate time. It's so important that we keep our focus on Jesus. Our head up and seeking Jesus's face.. We are called to run in freedom this marathon. Things won't
Be easy, so it's important that we keep our head up to look at the God who made us, died for us, and holds us. He makes it all about us and His love for us. We don't have to worry.

We are called to make a difference. This doesn't mean that the pressure is one us. It means that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves and we need Jesus to help us. It's all for Him. He is Love.

To Let Go Of The Dagger ~ A Poem By Kristin West

There.
A cold bliss of never ending silence.
When will it end?
When will the daggers finally rest in their place and stop twisting from side to side in the deep parts within me.
"I can't get it out!" I screamed.
"I can't get it out!"
There was a coldness inside me
reaching for a tangible item
that was one to be placed.
It was my hand that took it.
Only my hand could reach out
to grab out of thin air what was
never inside me.
I was hungry for love.
A destiny like a hot fire burning inside me until blisters came from the heat of my own desires.
"I can't get it out!" I screamed.
I look to the left and see a sign that reads "let go."
I stumble as I walk.
I almost couldn't find the strength to get back up.
Then I look down to see the blood. It wasn't even my own.
Destiny cried out "Let go! This is my blood to take! Let go of the dagger and hold on to Me!"
I found a hand inside me that held on to the blade of the rusty dagger. My right hand pulled it and my insides let go.
Blood from the hand on the inside bled with bloody wounds that no medicine could heal.
Until a Light came from the depths of the meat that screamed out to me day and night.
The Light was a Man.
The very One my heart had screamed for for so long.

The Promise Won't Fail

Jesus, thank You. We are messed up an broken without You. We are in constan need of your empowering Love, Your overflow of GRACE. You have forgiven us for all the sins we've conmited. None of them surprised You. You had the plan to put yourself in flesh to die for us... So that the PERFECT human blood would be spilled. There is no perfect person... Except for You, God. Thank You for sending Yourself in flesh to die for our sin. We need You. We are broken and lost, wandering in the dark for hope and love in all the wrong places, without You. Heal us, JESUS.. From the inside out. By Your stripes we are healed. Even so healed from the deep cuts we've made in ourselves through sin. You want us and You Love us. HALLELUJAH! You're not mad at us, You're mad about us! Please fix our hearts and lead us into Your Love.. Deeper in deeper. We're going deeper in You. You've called us to high places and had a plan in mind for us before You made us. No one can stray from that plan but us... So Jesus help us keep our focus on YOU ALWAYS.
